Encore was established in 2019 by the father and son duo, Craig, and Derek.
Craig stared in the Plumbing and HVAC industry in 1985 after he came out of the United States Air Force. He owned and operated a local company with a partner and later retired.
Derek learned the trades with his father as a young boy. As a young man he pursued a career as a firefighter paramedic which was his career for 23 years. He retired from the fire department in 2019 and at that time he decided to open Encore Plumbing and Air.
Encore started with one van and a vision for the future of the company. Derek’s goal for the company was and still is to provide superior customer service, with integrity and …. The company has continued to grow through the early years, and they are not stopping. Derek strives to have the most well-trained individuals be a part of the company who have a dedication to trades and provide exceptional service to our clients.
